The range of colours and tones available is sometimes bewildering for the quiller as every possible colour can be purchased from specialist quilling supply shops.  For example  you can choose the set called Rainbow pack which is a mixture of many different colours, including black and white, and is extremely useful for the beginner or newcomer to the craft.  Other useful collections of coloured quilling strips include seasonal colours with  Spring Shades, Summer Shades, autumn Shades all available with each set packed with colours which reflect the mood and beauty of each season.  Finally, ‘Christmas Shades’, with lots of reds, greens and whites, for trees, santas, snow, with other colours for baubles and robins etc are wonderful for winter quilling.
