My husband and I are always having friendly rivalries about just about everything, and we like to think that it keeps us both on our toes.  It is kind of fun to have a light hearted competition, which is exactly what we are doing right now as we test out nutrisystem vs medifast.  I am on the first one, and he is on the second one.  We do believe that choosing a diet all depends on the person, and the type of motivation level that the person has.  For example, I believe that my diet is working so very well right now because I am really motivated to beat my husband in dropping the pounds off!
