You need to follow the rules in the Country by law as most of us do
I watch weekly a programme about the traffic Police and how they deal with motorists up and down the country each day. The Police are so dedicated to their job but unfortunately people don’t make life easy at all for them! They have some people who cause accidents or drive dangerously then the Police find out they have not even got a british driving licence and are driving a vehicle uninsured! The safety of the passengers in the vehicle that is being driven is at risk immediately, the person who is driving is not qualified without a licence to be in the driving seat. The crime is serious as lives may have been lost due to carelessness.
