Have you ever had to eat your words or offer up a sincere apology because the price that you quoted a customer was so off that there was nothing you could but tell them the bad news? I had this happen one too many times with my employees and more often then not I ate the difference instead of losing a customer. Since I have implemented the Automotive Invoice Software though this does not seem to be as big of a problem. The price, description, cost of labor is all included in any job and you can only deduct prices and error on the side of caution.
