In an industry so full of crap (there are a lot of guides teaching you how to convert your car into a water burning hybrid) it looks like this course will have a couple of advantages. It is written by a professional engineer who has converted cars to run on water before, and a lot of effort has already been put into developing the product. It will teach you how to run your car on water extremely quickly, with MINIMAL effort, and it is easy enough for a layman to understand.
