A good lawyer must have an excellent interpersonal skill.  He is ought to interact with different kinds of people and deal with different sets of clients.  A capable lawyer is not only good with the technical aspects of the case; he should also have the attitude to seek victory for the client at all cost.  It is not enough that a lawyer is good, he should also be a winner.  Somebody who is willing to try everything to defend his/her clients.  A wise legal headhunter should be able to find that kind lawyer.  There are probably many out there.
