When I need to monitor employees for time keeping I have found it to be a very awkward situation. Trust issues about employee compliance as well as the enormous amount of time it takes to keep track of employees time has led me to search for time and attendance software. What I want is an easier, more fool proof type of software that helps to reduce costs and helps foster productivity. Any time management that takes less work for me as a supervisor and gives immediate feedback is what I am willing to invest in. It is as simple as that.
