The number one concern that working moms have when leaving the care of their children to others deals with issues around the safety of their children. They worry if those watching the children will do so with the same amount of care and supervision as they would provide.

If their children are left in a daycare, there is also a worry about their interaction with other children. Furthermore, mothers naturally worry whether their children will be provided with the type of emotional nourishment and affection they themselves would be giving the child.

Working moms have many concerns which are not comforting when they cannot be home.
