By spreading bait over a fairly large area using a bait boat, your actual line with its bait is camoflagued amongst all that bait.  Large bait drops encourage strong feeding, especially from fish like Carp that like to get into a feeding frenzy.  Once you have the fish in that state of mind, a hook in the middle of the bait is just waiting to be snagged by a hungry mouth. 

Always look at the baiting habits of the local fishermen.  If they are using bait boats often, or large boilies, you will get to know the feeding habits of the fish.

Hi Yuri I purchased Treadmill Trainer volume 2 at the start of the year at a time when I was struggling to stay motivated with running as my times were just not dropping (despite doing my owm intervals type training). Although I found it very difficult the first couple of times I completed TT, I found almost instant results. I’m now running faster times. Also, I’m training for my 4th half marathon and have found my long distance runs easier and quicker this time around. I’m now using TT once a week and also doing a distance and general run each week. I’m doing less mileage per week now but its seems far more targeted and its producing the right results. Cheers!

I got into one of those intense conversations on Tuesday with my boos at work. This weekend is totally going to be guy’s weekend. My wife and baby girl are going to see her parents, I’m off work and it’s totally on.
