After those two weeks, I suddenly felt the rapid change in my body. Yes, my body of course isn’t that toned yet, but the change I’m referring to would be how I saw myself change in terms of doing my day to day activities.

Before, I easily gasp for air whenever I did some heavy lifting but now, it isn’t like that anymore! It’s totally opposite. It then felt that by continuing this program would really increase my energy.
