i was never a big fan of crunches and sit ups but i do have to give it to them they are effective. the thing is that they are not necessary to get a ripped up midsection. you can find other exercises that will do the same if not better for you then sit ups and crunches. you will find that if you look at unconventional meanns of exercise you will find unorthadox means that are not only efeective but alsoo interesting. if you follow real nutrition and a good exercise plan then there is nothing that you can not accomplish.
