My teenage daughter is slightly overweight. She recently decided that she wanted to improve her eating habits and lose a little weight. She asked me to help her find satisfying and delicious low calorie snacks that she could take with her to school. I did some research on the Internet and found that there are 110 calories in grapes. When I told her how few calories grapes have she was very excited. Grapes are actually one of her favorite fruits. She now takes a bag of grapes with her to snack on in between classes. When she comes home from school she either has grapes or other fruit for an after school snack.
