I do not have a lot of time to work out.  I tried adding exercise into my daily routine by climbing the stairs at work and parking farther away.  This has helped, but I needed to do more.  I decided to get some pullup bars and add the exercises I could do on them to my routine.  I was very surprised at how quickly these exercises toned my upper body, so I added some abdominal exercises as well.  The abdominal exercises were also very effective, and I can do a few repetitions of these exercises in a short amount of time, so it fit with my lifestyle.
