I have always found it more difficult to exercise during the winter months.   If it is cold or raining or even snowing outside I just do not feel like getting out there to do my exercises.  We even have a treadmill that seems to get a lot less use in the winter months.   I have finally come face to face with the reality that if I am going to be cutting exercises I need to be Cutting Calories at the same time.  It is not rocket science to figure that out but it does take a lot of discipline to follow through on it.   It is a project that I need to start anew each morning with a new commitment.
