How many times have you heard from one of those stupid infomercials that you can get ripped, pack on lean muscle mass and burn fat in only 5-10 minutes per day from some lame machine? Yeah, way too many. So naturally, when I heard about this 7 minute muscle system from Eurpoe, I was not impressed.

But, once I took a closer look, I realized it’s basically just a high-intensity program similar to interval training, but for weight lifting techniques. In the end, I guess it is possible to workout this quickly, just be sure to use proper form if you try it to avoid getting injured.
