He said that massages could help, and so could exercise. Eating a diet of mainly fruits, vegetables and whole grains with very little saturated fats also can help. I have started to get regular massages, as well as exercising and watching what I eat, and so far it seems to be helping a little. Of course there is still pain, but it is more bearable and I don’t have to take pain killers as often as before.
