Who says that food lovers can not stay slim? I totally disagree with the fact because I myself have lost weight because of food lover fat loss system as it emphasises on having what ever you wish to eat. All you need to plan out is what you wish to have and then after calculating the number of carbs included in it, distribute the amount of it that you would take up daily. Think of the long run and then plan out which food that you like can make you get slimmer. A nutritious diet is an also a must and so do not neglect that.
