I have been looking for a good multivitamin for quite a while now, but there is hundreds of different multivitamins on the shelf now and I do not know how I am supposed to pick which one to take. I have heard of some multivitamins not even having all of the ingredients they mention on the back, and because of this I do not know which to look at anymore. Is there something specific I should be looking for in these Multivitamins or am I looking to much into this?
