A person living with anxiety and depression is a difficult thing. I am suffering from both and I learned how to manage my anxiety and depression. So attacking anxiety and depression is hard, but it can be helped with a combination of self-help books and medication. My counselor gave me a self-help book that showed me how I was in control over my life. I couldn’t blame anyone, but myself, if I haven’t accomplished things in my life. So both medication with the self-help books helped me out a lot. You might need to try more than one medication to get the full effects.
