If you believe in hypnosis, you can go to the library and get books and CDs on self hypnosis and walk yourself through the process.  A lot of people do this for weight loss and smoking cessation.  Hypnosis is a powerful tool and being able to hypnotize yourself can be a very helpful way of being able to control a behavior you otherwise cannot control.  Hypnosis works on your subconscious.  Being able to hypnotize yourself can and will help you control a behavior that you want to control.  Eating, smoking, anger – all can be controlled with self hypnosis if you know how to perform hypnosis.
