If you want to drop some pounds from your waistline, then I definitely suggest looking into a weight loss program to help you stay on track.  The fact is, if you don’t really know how weight loss works, and what proper nutrition should be, then it’s going to be very hard to lose weight.  What you need is some eating guidelines and some REASONS that you should be eating differently.  Once you understand the reasons it becomes much easier to lose weight.
