Rhode Island is home to a magnificent array of gardens, some open year round. If it’s time to redo your own landscaped gardens or year then visiting on of Rhode Island’s many public gardens may just give you the spark to get your creative juices going. You can visit some by just taking a short drive or if a place like Block Island is more your cup of tea then plan on taking the whole day for the trip along with a ferry ride. Whichever public garden you choose to visit I’m sure you will find them to be full of interesting flowers ans shrubs along with creative ways of arrangement and plantings. So pack up the picnic basket jump in the car and enjoy the summer weather.
