I started to do woodworking because it offered me a chance to get away from my usually very fast paced life. I am constantly on the go Monday through Friday and on Saturday mornings I like to head to the garage and go slow. My woodworking plans are formed after a very good piece of advice, “measure twice, cut once.” I am constantly checking the scene around me for anything that could get in my way and I try to go slow to avoid any mistakes. This hobby has helped me slow down a bit on my projects and it is a great stress reliever from the week.
