Petra was venturing into the catering business. She had previously worked as a sous-chef to one of the city’s best chefs. She loved cooking but she wanted to make a name for herself. Since she couldn’t open her own restaurant yet she felt that catering was the way to go. She had to acquire a staff and of course new utensils and kitchen ware. She had saved up a lot for her start up capital and she had ordered many of the materials she needed online such as chafing dishes, plates, a Coffee Machine glasses, mantels, napkins. Her next step was to employ some full time and part time staff for her business.
