My sister’s husband and sister own a nice little motel in the foothills about forty miles north of Los Angeles. They have owned this place for only four years and have been making lots of improvements. They originally purchased the motel at some sort of auction. They had all new carpet installed and everything had been painted too. The pool had been fixed for all of the cracks and they had bought lots of new patio furniture. Next year they hope to resurface the basketball court that has been neglected. They also plan on building some more rooms on the south side of the property.
