I have done a lot of different types of exercises for various reasons but nothing compared to my experiences with Yoga. This is a type of exercise that really tests the limberness of your body. in Yoga your essentially breaking the body out of its stagnant state by putting it into strange but good for you positions for certain amounts of time. If your body is out of shape or rigid then this can be a very painful process at first but once it kicks in and your body limbers up a bit you will feel great and have more range!
