Spike was pretty familiar with Excel, as he uses it as a tool to manage his shop inventory. Mindy, on the other hand, knew little about Excel so every one in a while she would call Spike up and ask for help. She called Spike once, asking, “how can i alphabetize in excel?” but Spike was rather busy at that time and wasn’t able to answer her question. He did, however, send her an e-mail with links to Excel tutorials that could be found on the Internet. He hoped that Mindy would get the hint and try to figure out the answers to her Excel questions alone. Unfortunately, Mindy was a little dense and called Spike again the following day. Spike asked Mindy if she already read his e-mail, and Mindy responded with a matter-of-fact “yes”, then proceeded to ask a barrage of questions. Spike sighed and told her to check her e-mail as he was busy watching his shop, and hung up.
