The best way to get the trainings done in the shop is to have them available and ready for when the shop staff is ready to take them. We are able to do just that, thanks to the source we have on the net that is a site we use to order the disks that with the classes on them. We have offered hydraulic training this way, and it was a big success for us. The flexibility of the format allowed us to get everyone done with the class is less time than a scheduled class with an instructor live on the site.
