Communications Law was my favorite class last semester hands down. I loved it not only because my teacher was amazing and had a passion for what she taught, but also because the material was so useful and interesting. I really felt like I was learning information and skills that I could apply in the real world.

For my end of term paper I did an art evaluation and researched the U.S. laws that determine what is considered to be art and what is considered to be obscene. It was so interesting how our government decides the level by which we have to be exposed to material. At first I was upset at how lenient the laws are but as I researched I realized what a complicated situation it really is. It was really fun to apply my love for the arts to concepts of law.
