I have been looking all over the Internet trying to find an answer to my probate question. I tried to find the answer to my probate question at Wikipedia but it was of no value at all. My probate question is simple, how long does probate take.  I found my answer to my probate question on a site called estate settlement.com. The site had over 30 probate questions in their frequently asked probate questions area. The answer to my probate question is not what I wanted to hear.  Apparently, probate can last 9 months to a few years, depending on the assets within the estate.
