I am thinking about learning how to fence, and was wondering if there was some way to find fencing competitions that I might go to watch. I want to find out more about fencing and fencing equipment before I decide whether to learn or not, and think it might be fun to watch a competition and see how they use the different equipment. I used to know someone who fenced in college, but now I don’t know anyone I can ask. Are these competitions open to the public, or do you need to buy tickets or something in order to watch?
