Hi Yuri I purchased Treadmill Trainer volume 2 at the start of the year at a time when I was struggling to stay motivated with running as my times were just not dropping (despite doing my owm intervals type training). Although I found it very difficult the first couple of times I completed TT, I found almost instant results. I’m now running faster times. Also, I’m training for my 4th half marathon and have found my long distance runs easier and quicker this time around. I’m now using TT once a week and also doing a distance and general run each week. I’m doing less mileage per week now but its seems far more targeted and its producing the right results. Cheers!
