We didn’t even notice on the paper work that the queenstown car rental office was only a few blocks away from where we were staying, so that was nice bit information to discover. We had caught a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and had planned to get a taxi or something to the car place once we were settled in, but when we realized how close it was we just wandered down the road to it. Even though we didn’t really use it much the first day we certainly used it over the next few days. We drove a lot of miles exploring the area and it was just awesome.
