What do you do when you have a new home but cannot sell the old one?  That was the question I asked my question as we were getting ready to move but could not sell our home of twenty years.  He said maybe we could rent it and I realized he might have the solution.  We went online and found a website which lists vacation homes.  We listed our house as a vacation rental and in a short time several people responded.  That was two years ago and our home has never been without tenants.  We kept our house and generated income, which is more than we ever hoped for.
